Terms and Conditions
The online store iconicpmu.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store) is owned by lash artist OÜ (registration code 14218228), located at narva mnt 38, 10120 tallinn, Harju County.
Validity of Sales Contract, Product and Pricing Information
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Web Store.
The prices of products sold in the Web Store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery is added to the price. All prices in the Web Store are in Euros.
The cost of delivery depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer upon placing the order.
Information about the products is provided directly next to the products in the Web Store.
Placing an Order
To order products, add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method for the products. Subsequently, the screen will display the total amount, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele
- Visa/Mastercard payments
Note: When paying via bank link, be sure to click “Return to merchant” at the bank’s page.
Payments are processed by montonio finance oü. Payment occurs outside the Web Store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying via bank link, and in the secure environment of Montonio finance oü when paying by credit card. The seller does not have access to the client’s bank and credit card details. The contract becomes effective from the moment the sum payable is transferred to the bank account of the Web Store.
The owner of the Web Store is the controller of personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor, Montonio finance oü.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the stock being finished or for other reasons, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days from sending the notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, EUropean union, Great britain, ukraine
The buyer has the following options to receive the goods: Omniva, Dpd package terminals, dhl.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 business days from the effectuation of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the right is reserved to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded, according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, the buyer must submit a notice of withdrawal from the purchase, the form of which can be found here: [link to withdrawal form], and send it to the email address info@iconicpmu.eu no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not match the ordered one (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
The Web Store will refund all fees received from the buyer based on the contract immediately upon receiving the returned goods, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, provided no goods have yet been received back or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the items, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery different from the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not required to reimburse the cost that exceeds the expense related to the standard delivery method.
The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer if the price in the Web Store is marked significantly below its market price due to an error.
Claim Submission Right
The Web Store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that were present at the moment of transfer and that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year from the transfer of the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of transfer. It is the responsibility of the Web Store to rebut this presumption.
The buyer has the right to turn to the Web Store within two months of the occurrence of the defect by sending an email to info@iconicpmu.eu.
The Web Store does not bear responsibility for defects arising after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If the goods bought from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is liable, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Web Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Web Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending goods to the buyer. The Web Store transmits personal data to shipping companies to fulfill the delivery.
The Web Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out from offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions included in the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Web Store, they should be sent via email to nfo@iconicpmu.eu.
If the buyer and the Web Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions of the procedure can be reviewed and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Web Store. The examination of a complaint by the committee is free of charge.
